- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Six months ago I was told that my insurance was not covering my visit. I called my employer who in turn called the insurance company and told the office I was covered. Took 45 minutes but I did get to have my appointment. Today I went in for my cleaning and was again told I was not covered. I followed the same thing again. This time I was told they would only clean if I paid 148.00 even after employer told them I was covered. This time it was over an hour and had to come another time. After 5 or 6 years of coming there, they made me fell like a lier and that money comes before being a loyal patient. I always saw Dr. Jones until he retired. Since we always went here, I stayed because I liked it. The dentist was wonderful. It's his staff that need some work.May 22, 2017by Connie Lawson
