  Don't waste your time & money. I use the primary care side and on occasion have used the emergency care. The first time was great; nice doctor who helped a lot. The next year they had a new doctor. When I told her about a reoccurring flu my dad & I get around the same time ever year, she literally said, "Maybe it's hereditary." Today my mom & I both went after battle a month long illness, and the doctor told both of us we were fine and fought prescribing medicine, even antibiotics. Meanwhile it feels like I'm getting stabbed in the ear every few minutes. I paid $50 to be told I was fine and my illness wasn't there. I gave them another chance and they just reaffirmed why I should not waste my money there.

  Front desk and nurses are unprofessional, spent way too much time gossiping and I was never handed any discharge papers. It was so bad a doctor came from the back to ask me what I needed before the nurses decided to notice me and do their job. Go somewhere else!

  I love the place and some of the people but in urgent care they don't care it's more talking them working then some of the nurses are rude and rough.... just wish they had nurses that loved their job and came to do a good job!!!
